For an ASP.NET app, you can use ODBC, OLEDB , or Pervasive Managed Provider. This is assuming a recent version of PSQL (V8 or later). For anything older, you'd need to figure out which interface is available (Managed Provider only works with V8 or later).
If you were doing WIn32 (instead of ASP.NET), you could've used PDAC as well.
If that doesn't help, post a little more information including the version of PSQL and what type of data you're accessing (yours or a third party app).

    Pervasive Delphi 2005 connection...

Yes, I have tried with OLEDB and ODBC but is very, very slow and now I'm trying with PSQL but I'm not sure if this version work for delphi, because I get that component from pervasive for microsoft Net Studio.
Now, testing connection with PSQL on delphi 2005 I received an error,
my question, some body could use PSQL for Delphi 2005 or delphi 2006 ?

    Thanks in advance.

What version of PSQL are you using?
What error are you getting using the Managed Provider?
I used it once in Delphi 2005 but I can't find my sample right now.

You said OLEDB and ODBC were slow. One of the main causes of slow ODBC/OLEDB performance is when the DDFs and data files aren't matched. ANother cause is an SQL statement that is not optimized to use indexes.
