    Unanswered: how to write data from stored procedure to a file

    hi
    i have written a stored procedure in db2 v 8.2 using SQL. now i write the data into a temporary table in the data base. i want to write it into a file. how to do this in the stored procedure? can anyone help me?

    Hi,

    One way you could achieve this would be writing a user defined function in LANGUAGE C and then invoke this function in your SQL procedure.
