What is the condition that causes this requirement.
what is the text box used for?
could you instead put the txt box into a group footer?
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

    thanks healdem for your reply.
I want have a slip at the end of the invoice that the customer can cut off and send back to me with their payment.

if I use a group footer it may end half way down the page, I would prefer to have it at a set size location and at the bottom of the last page, hence th reason for using the report footer

    many thanks

    Pages

I'm not a 100% sure on this but I believe that you can on the OnFormat event of the Page Footer you can put in something like this:

    if [Pages] = 1 then me.myPageControl.visible = False else me.myPageControl.visible = True

As I recall this works as you scroll through the first time however if you return back to page one the control is visible as the last format set it to visible but format does not fire again for pages that have been formatted.

I think I am about right there - I will test
