    Unanswered: Printing a Report - Vertical Boxes

    If you look at the attached document you will see that in Access the report looks correct but when i print the report the text gets all sorts of weird.

    my report is set to landscape and i'm trying to print a cover page with an address on it.

    When transfering to MS-WORD, use the Microsoft SnapShot Viewer utility. This should have come within your MS-Office package.

    i will try the SnapShot Viewer but if i export to PDF or a normal printer i get the same results.

    SnapShot Viewer didn't work.

    the text still comes out stacked like the example in the attached Word doc.
