Unanswered: Form will not show query results

I have a form based on a query. The form's main purpose is to enter in new customer data. It's secondary role is to be used for updates. Here is where the problem is. The form will not show the records for customers already in my table. It will show them if I have the form set to Snapshot (however I cannot update or add records in this view). When I run the query by itself it will get all the records it just will not show them in my form.

Please help I am new to access ( I am using access 2000).

In the form property dialog under the data tab. I have the Data entry selected to Yes. Is there a better way to do this?

Yup, set data entry to no.

While you're at it, read up on what the "data entry" property does...
