Unanswered: Record selectors to false not working

I have a form where the control source is a query. The query is always narrowed down to one record. On the form, I have set the record selectors to false as I don't want to try to navigate to other record on the form (even though there's only 1). However, despite this, it's trying to navigate to different records when I turn the wheel on the mouse and it's moving to the line on the query where you would enter a new record. Any ideas anyone?

disabling the mousewheel is a SERIOUS pain in the ass. You're better off using a disconnected form.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

If you have a single record on a Continuous Form OR you have a Single Form then setting the the Allow Additions property to No (or false in code?) seems to stop the wheel scrolling to other records.

    Does that help/solve it?
