    Unanswered: Error Kill Session

hello everybody.I have a problem. I want to drop an user from my database. I connect to it as system, so I have privilegios. For dropping the user what I do is:
    alter system kill session '"+sid+","+serial+"'
    and two things can happen:

If the user hasnīt created any object I drop him perfectly but if he has oracle says to me:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01940: no se puede borrar un usuario conectado actualmente

    that means something like this:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01940: it isnīt possible to drop an user that is now connected

Iīm lost, I donīt know what to do, please help me!

    kiss

What is the operating system ??
alter system kill .... may not always remove a user's connection. In that
    case, you cannot "drop user"...

If you are using windows, use the orakill command ...
    orakill sid thread
