    Unanswered: Runstats and Reorgs history........

    Hi all,

    How do i check when the last runstats or reorg had been run?
    Is there a command like, "list history for.........."?

    cant check as iam on bench.

    Please help.

    Env: AIX, db2 8.2.

    stats

    runstats by tbale can be found in
    db2admin:/cygdrive/c/workdir: db2 select "stats_time from sysibm.systables

    STATS_TIME
    --------------------------
    2005-11-03-08.59.43.421000
    -


    reorg can be found with
    db2admin:/cygdrive/c/workdir: db2 "? list history"
    LIST HISTORY {BACKUP | ROLLFORWARD | REORG |
    CREATE TABLESPACE | ALTER TABLESPACE | DROPPED TABLE | LOAD |
    RENAME TABLESPACE | ARCHIVE LOG}
    {ALL | SINCE timestamp |CONTAINING {schema.object_name | object_name}}
    FOR [DATABASE] database-alias

    AFAIK, there is no history for RUNSTATS. Only the latest RUNSTATS information is known.

    Though in V6, there used to be an option in LIST HISTORY command. Allegedly, the option was never implemented and later dropped to control the size growth of the recovery hsitory file.
