Unanswered: missing leading zero in a field

I have a text field in a table with either 8 or 9 characters. All records should have 9 characters, some have dropped the leading zero. How can I query on this field and add the leading zero to the records that only have 8 characters?

    Thanks.

    UPDATE yourTable
    SET yourField = FORMAT(yourField, "000000000")
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
