I'm a VB neophyte, and I am attempting to connect to a FoxPro 9 .DBF file and run queries against it. I have searched for two days trying to find some solid examples with code on how to accomplish this.

I can say I found an incredible tutorial on how to connect and run queries against a MySQL database. I was hoping for a similar tutorial for connecting and running queries against a FoxPro 9 .DBF file, but I simply can't find anything out there.

My knowledge of VB is scant, so perhaps I haven't phrased my searches correctly. If anyone can help point me in the right direction I would GREATLY appreciate it. Please provide complete code examples if you can, as it's all in the syntax and I'm still learning.
