Unanswered: Oracle Upgrade - Project Plan

Does anyone have any upgrade plans for migrating from one Orcacle version/server to a new Server and Version? Any helps with information would be much appreciated.

It depends upon new & old Oracle version plus new & old OS flavor & version.
One approach which will always succeed, if given enough time, is export/import.
Other faster/easier solutions may exist, depending upon the above.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.

    Just looking

I was just looking to see if anyone actually broke an upgrade down in a project plan format, as to what steps they did, amount of time they took etc. Versions and OS's don't really matter, just wanted something to model our plans over.
