I do quite a bit of Access development and construct databases for different units of an organisation.
The problem I commonly face is when people want a database designed and built I generally give them a Database Technical Specification Pack which basically leads the client through thinking about what data they need to store, how it should work, what are the outcomes, how many users etc etc I'm sure you know the drill. This avoids people just saying - which is very common where I work LOL, I want to be able to have a list of people that have various jobs and or something similarly unhelpful
I have a pro forma Pack that I use but it does have gaps in it and wondering if anyone knows of a good one on the web anywhere - I've searched without success. I've also searched dbforums without success unless I'm using the wrong search term.
