Hi

I have the following code in my form, which is used to populate two textbox controls on my form, from a recordset.

Code:
If rst.RecordCount < 1 Then
   MsgBox "Nobody with the E-Mail Address '" & strperson & "@reaseheath.ac.uk' was found in " & Me!cmboBArea & ".", vbOKOnly, "RECEPE"
ElseIf rst.RecordCount > 0 Then
    If Not rst![PAEmail] = strperson & "@reaseheath.ac.uk" Then
       MsgBox "There are no PA's with the E-Mail Address '" & strperson & "@reaseheath.ac.uk' in " & Me!cmboBArea & ".", vbOKOnly, "RECEPE"
    Else
    Me.[txtName] = rst![PA]
    Me.[Email] = rst![PAEmail]
    End If

    If Not rst![SMEmail] = strperson & "@reaseheath.ac.uk" Then
       MsgBox "There are no Section Managers with the E-Mail Address '" & strperson & "@reaseheath.ac.uk' in " & Me!cmboBArea & ".", vbOKOnly, "RECEPE"
    Else
    Me.[txtName] = rst![SM]
    Me.[Email] = rst![SMEmail]
    End If
End If
The code populates the textboxes fine, but if I close the form, and go back in again, and try it again it overwrites the previous record all the time.

Is there anyway I can get it to move to the next record and add it, so it doesn't overwrite what's already there. Also the form is continous.

Thanks
