Hello, actually I need to implement a mirror of my oracle instance in other different server, then if my primary database instance crashes, the mirror should start working automatically in few seconds, what is the easiest way to do this ? is this a RAC ??? could you please tell me how do I get this step by step?

    step-by-step? hah.
    Consider a few options:
    1. Sun Clustering the database over 2 servers (files can be presented to either host)
    2. With Oracle you could set up a logical standby database. This would require manual work to turn into the Primary in the instance of a failure.

You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
