Unanswered: error returing a value to an argument from 10g scheduler
i am calling a windows .bat file from a program defined via oracle10g scheduler.
i am ending the .bat file with exit /B 1 or exit /B 0 depending on its success or failure.
the job is failing with the below error:
"ORA 27368 job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Incorrect function"
how do i return a value to the scheduler program? how can i identify from oracle what the value returned is?
the executable is defined as e:\dbdump\junk.bat > nul
the values for the argument are:
name: test order: 1 data type: char in/out:in (doesnt accept a value of out)
