    Unanswered: Delayed Updating

I am working with ADO and I am having trouble with the timing of data updates and deleteions. I am programming the same way that I would if I were using DAO and the timing is off.

I have a form that has a subform, I call a procedure that deletes or modifies the data in the subform. After the call to the procedure I requery the data in the subform. The data is NOT updated. However if I pause execution for 5 seconds then do the requery the data is updated.

What I would like to do is force the code to execute until the updates are made then come back to do the requery. Is there a specific cursor type or method that will force the changes to be made, wait for them to complete, then continue executing the rest of the code?
