Unanswered: Run a macro from data access page

Does anybody know how to run an Access macro from dap. presently, in the access database itself I have a macro which executes a query by way of DoCmd.RunMacro macroname. I now need to access that same macro but from a dap. Thanks much in advance.

DAP's aren't my thing, at all. So I'll give my trademark general obscure answer:

You may be able to leverage com and use the RunCommand method...
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

Thanks Teddy. You actually pointed me in the right direction. What I did, and the result is exactly what I wanted, was to create an Access object and then I'm able to manipulate the object through its exposed methods, one of them being the DoCmd.RunMacro method.

    Thanks again.
