    Unanswered: Lookup Field

I want to track if our students are mentoring other students and whether they are the Mentor or Mentee. A mentor can have more than one mentee.
If a mentor has more than one mentee I want to list them with the student ID, student First Name, Student Last Name, Start and End date. Since we have all our students information is in our database I would like to use a combo box or something so the individual can pick from the list to avoid data entry errors.

I have the table and form set up already but I can't figure out how to list multiple mentees in the form using my combo box. My combo box is a look up field that displays ID, FName and LName but only captures the ID. I want the form to show all three fields and be able to add second mentee.

    My table includes the following:
Mentor/Mentee - They specify which one they are
Mentor/MenteeID - This looks up the student ID, Firs and Last Name
MenStartDate - Start Date of mentoring program
MenEndDate - End Date of mentoring program

So my question is how can I list multiple mentees for a mentor using a combo box?

If there is another way of doing this let me know.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would setup up like so:

mentor_id -> student id of mentor
mentee_id -> student id of mentee
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
