Unanswered: Backup Timestamp not consistent with OS time & date

The backup timestamp of a database taken on 22-Mar-2006 is as follows:
    XANADU.0.db2inst1.NODE0000.CATN0000.20060703130531 .001

Any reason why it is pointing to 03-July-2006?

    TIA.

I have seen some weird timestamps in db2. e.g when you restore an online db, the timestamp for last committed transaction when you do a "db2 query rollback status" , is messedup. Please do a db2ckbkp -h XA...... and see what the proper image filename should be.

The database system clock was changed a couple of times for testing. The backup timestamp was affected because of this. After bouncing the database, the issue is resolved.
