Unanswered: Problems with CODEPAGE and DB2

Environment: DB2 Personal Edition ver 8.2 and DB2 Connect installed on a Norwegian Windows XP sp2 pc.

I run a rexx-program (using sqlda) to fetch data from a database (created with CODEPAGE 1252) containg a DATETIME column. The rexx-program fails n the OPEN operation with the following error message:

"SQLMSG = SQL0180N The syntax of the string representation of a datetime value is incorrect. SQLSTATE=22007"

Anyone knows how to set up DB2 Connect and making it able to fetch data from a database created with CODEPAGE 1252? The native local CODEPAGE is 850. The same test against a database created with CODEPAGE 850 runs without eny errors.

The date is formatted like "2005-10-01" (yyyy-mm-dd) in the database. When a read the database using DB2V7 sw, it works.. As mentioned, if I create a database with CODEPAGE 850, containing a table with an identical data-field it also works ok. The problem is the same if the problemdatabase is running on a local DB, og in a host environment.
