Thanks in advance for any feedback. I've created a report in Access 97 that includes memo fields. When viewing and printing the report all the information appears as expected. When I e-mail the report, however, some sort of formatting issue does not show memo fields (as well as option buttons, checkboxes, etc.). This issue occurs when sending in either Rich Text or HTML formats. I've avoided Snapshot formats in the past because it seems to require an install on each user's machine. For option buttons and checkboxes, I've translated the values to an unbound text box during the Format event of the Report. I've considered converting the memo fields into multiple text boxes (to account for the 255 character limit) - but it's just a sloppy workaround. Any suggestions?
