Unanswered: Question from a newbie: Access Reports - Design

I have just started using MS Access and have managed to set up my table and a basic report.

Is anyone able to tell me how I can insert page breaks into the report please? I only have an introduction manual from work and it doesn't have much in it!

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Inserting Page Break

Open the report in Design view
    Open the tool box
Click the Page Break tool in the toolbox
Click where you want to place the page break. Place the page break above or below a control to avoid splitting data in that control.
Microsoft Access marks the page break with a short dotted line on the left edge of the report.

Hope this is what you want

You can set your own page breaks with the Page Break control or have them set when a condition is met. Have a look in the help file for a full explanation. With your report in design view, click on help and type Page Breaks in the box.
