Lightbulb DB SCHEMA a live example for critical analysis.

I have created a schema for a system and I'm not sure as to whether my choice of primary keys is correct. I have used 'soc_id' as the key and it relates to every table in my schema. I'm not sure where to add foreign keys and if its necessary.

I have attached the diagram and wondered if anyone could comment on flaws it may have and whether its correct this way. I'm an app developer and its my responsibility to design the DB. Its being used in an ASP.NET application.

Your comments would be greatly appreciated!

Apparently it's intended for some sort of animal shelter? What is the intent of the application? without knowing what you are trying to accomplish, and an idea of the process flow, it's difficult to say whether a database schema is "correct"
