Unanswered: Determining # of Days in a Month

    Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting and I need your help.

I am not sure how easy this is but I am having difficulty in trying to make it work.

I am currently working on a report that will list # of requests (known as tickets) sent to our IT department by month (along with its totals). Now I need to determine the average number of tickets created per day (for each month), excluding weekends.

The months are determined by the parameters I had set up : {Start Date} and {End Date}. So for example, I had chosen to run the report for Jan 2006 thru March 2006.

    Please advise.
    Thank you very much.

Try this one on for size:

    ToText(Day(DateSerial(Year(CurrentDate), Month(CurrentDate) + 1, 0)),"##.")

Edit: This gives you the number of days in a particular month. (I've used the CurrentDate as the month to evaluate).
The ToText avoids the number being returned in decimal format.
