Red face Unanswered: Catalog tcpip node fail, who can help me

    I run command:
db2 "catalog tcpip node pcsvr02 remote server 50000"
    get error:
SQL0965W There is no message text corresponding to SQL warning "512" in the
message file on this workstation. The warning was returned from module " " with original tokens "".

Any time you catalog a node or db, you get a warning message that says "DB21056W Directory changes may not be effective until directory cache is refreshed"

For some reason, you system is not finding the message text to display for this warning. This suggests that your installation was not completed successfully, although it is possible that your catalog entry is OK and you can connect to remote db's that are catalogued to that node.

You can check your catalogs with:
    db2 list node directory
    db2 list db directory

If you have a DB2 client (runtime, admin, or application development) then I would re-install it.
