Question Unanswered: Using a Word macro in Access?

I routinely export a tab-delimited .txt file for an online store. I've been having to export to word and use a macro to do a bunch of search and replaces on the file.

But, uld be able to all these search and replaces in Access right?

If I were to start with the VB code from the Word macro editor, could I paste it into an access module and use it on a table? (or actually, use it a query during export...)
    Who imported me here?
