    Question Unanswered: problems viewing identical php documents

    Lo lads 'n lasses

    I have been coding some website documents using CSS and PHP.

    My main page is called index.php
    PHP Code:
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="main.css" />
    <? include ('includes/vars.php'); ?>
    <div id="wrap">
    <div id="header"><? echo $header?></div>
    <div id="dateline"><? echo $date?>&nbsp;</div>
    <div id="nav"><? include ('includes/nav.php'); ?></div>
    <div id="ads">&nbsp;*Ads by Gooooogle*</div>
    <div id="cont"><? include ('cont.html'); ?></div>
    <div id="footer"><? echo $footer?></div>
    </div>
    seeing as I will be using the exact same design for all my website areas, I have copied the layout from this document and saved it with new names...
    tuts.php
    scripts.php
    etc (you get the drift)

    Problem is...
    I can see my index.php just fine, but I cannot see tuts.php
    All documents reside in my var/http/www/html folder, which is my webserver DocumentRoot...
    I have inspected the code in _all_ pages, several times, and cannot find any reason to why I shouldn't be able to view the pages in my browser...

    Any ideas?

    The browser finds the files allright, but shows nothing whatsoever.... a blank screen is all i get.

    Permissions are set to 777 as I'm working on my local machine only (Fedora5 with apache2 and PHP4/5 & MySQL (though i don't use mysql for this project as it's a mere internal site with one password to restrict access to administration pages...

    I have tried restarting my httpd, without luck...

    Fixed it...

    I cleaned out all folders in DocumentRoot and set up a single directory containing my _includes directory and all php/html/css files....
    It works a dream now, but I can't see why it didn't work before...
