Smile Unanswered: Need a percentage return

    Hi Everyone,
I created an IIF experssion and was wondering is there a way to make the last part of my expression return percentage with two decimals?

    Expr1: IIf([Yesterday var]="Closed","Closed",Abs([yesterday var]/[projecteddailysales]))

    Thank you in advance,....

    Expr1: IIf([Yesterday var]="Closed","Closed",Format(Abs([yesterday var]/[projecteddailysales]/100),"0.00%")

This would be awfully slow in a query since it now contains 3 functions per record.

You can also change the "Format" property of the query column to Percentage and the "Decimal" property to 0.00.

Another way: Take your calculation and divide by 100 and set your control that displays the result to Percentage. This format AUTOMATICALLY multiplies by 100 AND adds the % unit ...
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...
