Red face Unanswered: Ole Server Problem

Am trying to develope an Access program in a server environment - when creating macro to set values on form and subform according to conditional statements - received msg "Restart Ole Server separately from Access, then reopen Access Database".

    1. Where is the Ole Server located?
    2. How do I find it?
    3. How do I start it independently?

Please help - I am new at this and do all of my developing through macros, queries (can do amazing things with queries), etc. - I don't write code

What do you have on the form that is calling an ole server - that's likely the problem area.

For example, are you using any Active X controls not native to Access, such as a "Rich Text Control" which generally uses Word as the server.
