The program attached is a sample project about a system for airline company .
I am facing the following problems :
1-for the passenger entry form , i should not leave the entry empty , so , i set up a warning message to the data input officer , but : even after i input the telephone number the warning msg come again to me at the end ! why ??
2-adding information about a customer , appending query i get a msg that : you are going to appended 96 rows !!! or at least not only one ! why ?
3-then , can some one help me with the reports ?
any quick reply to solve any of those 3 questions will be greatly appreciated as i have to present it tomorrow morning
Look at the Validation Rule and the Validation Text in the Tables
Also you can have Validation Rule for the table
To stop the warnings messages
or in the Macro Setwarning to No
Don't get to turn them back on After

run macro / SQL
set Hourglass no
