Wink I really want your feedback on this....

I'm a recruiter in I.T. involved with placement of contract consultants and dire hire employment with client accounts. One of most difficult roles in my my daily grind is writing job descriptions and advertisement that will (hopefully) grab your attention and incite you to know more...and hopefully answer the ad.

So please share with me some of your ideas, suugestions, or pet peeves for reviewing job descriptions and ads. What's good, what's bad, what's almost always left-out, what's almost always predictable. In return for your feedback (and if interested), I'll be happy to share with you (one on one) some of my ideas and suggestions on resume writing, application, interviewing, and negotiating an offer.

Any takers? Email me to get things rollin'

    welcome to dbforums

have a look around, and see if you can figure out which forum your request should have been posted in

no, we're not gonna email ya, this is a forum

why don't you get the ball rolling and show us a job description that you think might be lacking or could use some improvement, and why
