I am in the process of developing a database for a non profit organization that needs to track services provided to clients in a format that allows them to keep track of services provided against vouchers received from funding agencies. I want to setup so that the organization will be able to access data put in for the same clients for the extent of their interaction with the client. So there will be multiple entries for each client, but I don't want the data to overwrite what was put in prior. My question is what would be the best way to setup and track such a system? Any input would be appreciated, I have not used access in about 6 years so my coding skills are not very sharp right now. So please be explicit in instructions. Thank you all,
