Unanswered: Macro Condition - Compare Two Fields

I have created a macro condition that if true, I would like it to run the macro.

    forms![purchinfo]![vendorlinks]![vendid]=forms![miscpurch]![vendid]

Is this good syntax for a conditional macro? It is not working so I obviously have something incorrect. The first part is referring to a subform on a tab control.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

The format seems correct, if not it should be

    [Forms]![Form1]![Subform].[Form]![SubformTextBox]=[Forms]![Form1]![MainTextBox]

then you need to run the macro either within ciode or manually
