    Unanswered: Synchronize databases

    Hello all,

I've got a doubt, and I wonder if you, DBA's out there, would have a sugestion of how could I resolve my problem.

The thing is that I've got a database working on my server, wich runs with a web aplication, that insert and update records and makes some reports. Now, the problem is that the people who works with the data, don't have internet access from the place they are working.
So, the question is, if there is anyway for them, running the aplication on their notebooks, keep the main database updated, at least, at the end of a day's work?

Thanks in advance, and hoping for a solution soon.

My reaction is that if you have to ask this question, more than likely you can not get there from here.
It can be done, but it is strictly non-trivial.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
