    Unanswered: Checking for table status

    HI,
I would like to know how Can I check whether a table is activated NOT logged"
I checked the SYSCAT.TABLES for the LOG_ATTRIBUTE after executing the command Alter table tabname activate not logged initially. It shows 0 value .But 0 is the value for default logging.I want to make sure the table is not logged so that when I delete data it should not be logged.

    Thanks

    Hi

I believe thah if you have enabled autocommit,
    your table will immediately return
to default logging status after you execute the 'alter tabele...'
statement because it hits a commit and thus completes
    the unit of work.

I don't think you can know this table state using SQL ...

get snapshot for locks will show a Z lock on the table
