Unanswered: Mileage Rate in either Table or Query

I am trying to figure out how to have a table or query that allows me to change the mileage rate used by the IRS, currentlly at .445, and to make one change that filters through the entire database (tables, queries, forms, reports) without hardcoding this as I have currently done. Any ideas?

I set up a "utility" table for any application I develop. I use it to hold things such as this, tax rates, etc, as well as contact info for the companies that purchase my apps. They can enter their corporate name, addresses, phone/fax numbers, website URLs, etc, and then have this info appear on all printouts. A simple data entry form then allows all this data to be changed as needed.
    Hope this helps!

The problem with making anything that fools are so darn ingenious!
