Unanswered: Help required on Crystal Reports

    Hi,

We are facing some problem with Crystal report. We have listed the problems below and looking for some suggestions.

    1. If we are having virtual page in our report, all the columns are visible in the first page only. Second page onwards the right most columns in the virtual page(s) are not visible in the crystal viewer but all the columns are coming in the exported (Excel) version. How to handle this problem? It is expected to show all the columns in every page of the report.

    2. Inability to Sort Data in Excel Due to Merged Cells. As report header is a long one it is taking more than one cell as merged. We can’t sort the columns
because of these merged cells. How to handle this problem?

    Thanks
    Manoj G

    1) Are you using a crosstab report?

    2) Why is your data not sorted in your report? You can highlight the data without the merged cell being in the selection and then sort. Or you could unmerge the cell and then sort the data.
