    Unanswered: Automation Woes

    I have a set of code that cycles through a couple recordsets, creating spreadsheets in Excel, attaching those spreadsheets to email messages and sending them on their way.

    It run as intended ALMOST all of the time. One of my clients (who is remote, so I'm relying on screen shots) reported the following error:

    Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)':
    Automation error
    The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.


    It appears as though the error is coming from Outlook, although I have not been able to reproduce the error on any of my computers, so I am not sure.

    I have not seen that particular error message before - does anybody have any insight?

    Hi tc

    I would check the Err.Source to be sure it is Outlook. Never seen it myself but I Googled the error message and found a few articles that might be relevent. In case you haven't seen:
