I have two files that I have imported into Access (one was text and the other came from Excel). File A has numerous fields and contains data on approx 2 million phone records. File B has 1 field and contains unique phone numbers.

What I need to do is take File B and match with any unique phone numbers listed in File A. Once any matches are identified, I need to flag or delete them from File A (or at least be able to separate them).

I would also like to know how to sum a revenue column in File A. Typically I run a separate query to sum numbers, but is there any way to do this inside the query itself?

I am a casual Access user and just not sure how to go about this. I appreciate any help. Thanks,
