    Unanswered: Save Prompt

    All,

Got Apache, PHP, MySQL config'd on my w2k pro machine, but everytime I try to open a .php file in localhost the system prompts me, with a dialog to save or open the file.

    PHP config in httpd.conf follows:
    Code:
    ********************************************
    # Config for PHP
     DirectoryIndex index.htm index.html index.html.var index.shtml index.php index.phml index.cfm index.cfml
AddType text/html .shtml .htm .dhtm .dhtml .asp .aspx .php .php3 .phml .cfml
     LoadModule php5_module "D:/Program Files/PHP/php5apache2.dll"
    AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
    PHPIniDir "D:/Program Files/PHP"
    Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php-cgi.exe"
    ScriptAlias /php/ "D:/Program Files/PHP/"
    AddHandler php-script .php .php3 .phml
    AddHandler php .php .php3 .phml

      Options
      Allow from all
      Order allow,deny
      AllowOverride None

    ********************************************
What is wrong with my conf?

    Am I missing something?

Also getting the error in the attached .jpg file.

I'd remove the php extensions from the "AddType text/html" line

Is this Apache 2.0.x or 2.2.x? If it is 2.2.x, where did you obtain the php5apache2.dll from?

Actually, the most serious problem is that you are loading the Apache module version and the cgi version. These are mutually exclusive, do one or the other but not both.

    LoadModule php5_module "D:/Program Files/PHP/php5apache2.dll"

    Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php-cgi.exe"

You probably want to get rid of the second one of these two lines.
