Unanswered: Adding multiple new records to a table through a form

    Hi All,

i will start by trying to explain what i am trying to do.

I have setup a database to record staff training. I need to be able to add a number of new records to a table with certain information copied to the new records. The table will have the following field.

    training date
    course title

I have got a form with a text box for the training date, a combo box for the course title and another text box with the number of new records to be added.

Is there any way i can have a button that will add the required number of reecords, training date and course title to each new record (from the text and combo boxes) to a table that will be shown in a subform below.

I would be grateful of any help you can give, i have been searching alot of different websites and cannot find anything.

As long as you're not violating the rules of the destination table (Name is not a required field), you can do this using an append query (or SQL) in a do loop.
