    Unanswered: Print an Image from a Subform

    Hi, I am trying to print a signature(s) that is an image on file that is in a subform.

    The combo box in the subform is 0";1"0"
    EmpNo, EmpName, EmpSig

    Thank you

    Code:
    imgEmpSignature.Picture = [frmTrainingSignature].Forms![frmEmptrainingDoc]![cboEmpName].Column(2)

    Is EmpSig an OLE Field storing the actual image or a Text field storing the path to the image file?

    I don't think the standard Access combo box supports images, since it is a glorified text box. You will need to use a bound image frame (if the field is an actual embedded image) or an unbound frame with some code to assign the linked image when a record is selected using the path from the EmpSig field.

    It is a path to where the image is being stored. I am able to a perform a similiar operation but to the main form.
    When the name is selected from the combobox, from the form, that employees name signature file will be displayed when it is printed.

    I believe I am doing something wrong with the syntax from the subform

    This code here works when the name is on the main form.
    Code:
    Me!imgSupSignature.Picture = Forms![frmemptrainingdoc]![cboSup].Column(2)
