    Red face Unanswered: Help with phpmyadmin mysql problem

    Im trying to edit the 'password' field in phpmyadmin but when ever i edit it i get and the following error

    Error

    SQL query: Edit

    UPDATE `member` SET `password` = '5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99',
    `cookie` = NULL ,
    `session` = NULL ,
    `ip` = Array(
    'Array'
    ) WHERE `id` =37 LIMIT 1

    MySQL said: Documentation
    #1305 - FUNCTION db_com_1.Array does not exist


    ---

    Why does it keep given me 'FUNCTION db_com_1.Array does not exist' ?
    P.S the MD5 hash is default password "password"

    okay, that was a joke

    there is no such function in mysql, unless you define it yourself

    at least, i've never heard of it, but then, i could have overlooked it in the mysql manual

    got a reference for it?

    yeah thats what i thought also.. ive never seen a function like that before. I am not trying to do anything fancy just trying to add that md5 hash into the password field but no luck.

    Could there maybe be a setting in phpmyadmin that is messed up somewhere ?
