    Unanswered: access 2003 runtime

We have a new access 2003 application. The users are using a 2000 runtime version. I ordered access 2003 to get the runtime version and put it on the users computers. I was sent access 2003 and 11 other application developer tool disks. According to the developer tools you need only to install ACCESSRT.MSI and ACCESSRT.CAB. I have found ACCESSRT.MSI but cannot find ASSESSRT.CAB anywhere. Can this get more complex? How do I install the runtime version of Access 2003 on users computers? Help.

when you say access 2003 application you mean that the the mdb( or mde) is Access 2003 format? you can distribute the access runtime only if you have ms visual studio tools for ms office or to install ms office to its client.
