Unanswered: Value change on cell percentage input

Could you check this and make sure it's right. My intent is to calculate a plan using the cells B32*B17 then increase it by what ever number I put in cell C34 where as cell B30 will show the results.

Cell B32 is a percentage number plus or minus 92% or -92%.
Cell B17 is a normal number like 8.
Cell B34 is a percentage like 25%. But this will change depending on what number I put in. I just need to make sure the formula right pending on what percentage I input, in others words Cell B34 will be my increase percentage.

Howdy. If you want the increase, then you need to add that to original amount. I think this might get you what you want.

    but at least I'm inconsistent!
