    Unanswered: Outlook security pop up

I need to send emails to several recipients that are listed in a table. The email client is outlook (2003) and the send command triggers a pop up window that the user has to click to allow the email to be sent. I can not use a third party add-on or have the security on our exchange server lowered. Has any one come up with a work around either from Access or Outlook for this problem or have any suggestions?

I've had the same problem with my db's for years, and never found a workaround... yet.

    Thank you for the response.

    I found a semi-solution....

Rather than using .send, I used .display then SendKeys "%{s}", True

The main drawback is that each email is displaying then being sent so the user has to wait for all the emails to be sent before doing anything else on the PC.

    You could do a
    PHP Code:
    DoCmd.Hourglass True
    DoCmd
    .Echo False
while it's thinking to at least make it so the screen doesn't flicker. Just make sure to do a
    PHP Code:
    DoCmd.Hourglass False
    DoCmd
    .Echo True
before you are done and in any error catching stuff.

This wont help Rogue since you can add third party but may help Nick.
