    Unanswered: Page Totals in Reports

    I followed the directions in the Microsoft knowledge database and changed the module code (Article ID : 296249) to sum a column for each page separately in a report. The first page displays the correct total in the page footer. But the subsequent pages display a running sum total that includes all of the totals for the prior pages. I want a page total for each page that does not include totals from other pages. How do I fix this? Thanks for your help. - Alan

    Page Totals for Sums of Field with Currency Amounts

    Dear Goldy,
    Thanks for your reply. My apologies for the ambiguous wording. I'm not trying get the "total number of pages", I'm want to get the total for a field "Cost" and there are several different items that are purchased and grouped by category (e.g. food, equipment). I want the sum for all of the "Food" group "Cost" fields in the pagefooter. Then on the next page the sum for the "Equipment" group and so on. - Alan
