    Unanswered: Emailing a whole table

Is there any way I can create a form that uses a command button to email me one of my tables when clicked on. Basic purpose of this is that the database will be on a remote site and all the key data will be stored in one main table. If somehow I can get a form that all the user has to do is click a button and it email to me would be great. Much the same way as you can email a report.

    Cheers

Yes, you can create a macro.

When you create the macro, use the SendObject action. You can specify a certain table as the "object" you want to send. You can input a static email address in the To field, or you can leave it blank and your email program will ask for the address.

Create a command button somewhere on one of your forms and have it run that macro. Then, when you click the button, it'll open up an email message using your default mail program with the table as an attachment (in XLS format if you specify that in the SendObject action properties in your macro).
