Unanswered: Get rid of Access Splash Screen on Opening

Is it possible to stop the MS Access Splash or Welcome screen from showing when Access 2002 opens.

You can change the splash screen to something else by saving an image of your choice as a windows bitmap (*.BMP) and name it exactly the same as your database. Put it in the same directory as your DB.

If you want no splash screen at all, you can just create a tiny tiny bitmap that nobody can see and do as above.
