We have 2 seperate databases for our HR department. One is HR specific that has more personal data in it, while another one is more for supervisors to use to view call ins, etc. They are linked.

Our systems person has created a 3rd database that houses a table with a field storing the location of a picture of that associate. Example:


The common factor in 2 of these tables is the associate ID number. In the Non-HR database, by entering the picture number in a field, it pulls up the associates picture. We would like it to do the same in the HR database, but not have to update both databases with the picture number, instead somehow linking one to the other. We also need to be able to have the picture database link to the initial HR database and obtain the original ID number and picture number.

Any suggestions?
